Since school closed it's been a race to catch up on my work on the Ndebe Project, and while I'm still deciding what to do with punctuation as far as Igbo is concerned, I've made some progress with the ability to write my script swiftly and legibly. It turns out that my initial theory about the number of strokes in a letter was correct. (I theorized that the fewer the strokes in a letter, the easier and faster the letter is to write, leading to faster words and in general faster writing).
